Frequently Asked Questions

No, you only pay a deposit when booking then the remainder and the £250 refundable security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to your event.


You will receive your cameras at least two days before your event (or flight if you have booked the Destination Package). Please make sure you check everything as soon as you can so any issues can be resolved quickly.


The cameras are tested before they are sent out and the batteries will be charged so there shouldn't be a problem but if you do have any problems please contact us immediately on the number provided with your booking and we will resolve the issues.


The cameras will be set up before being sent out so the settings should not be changed. You will receive a some top tips and suggested shots after booking to help you.


Each battery last approximately 3.5hours (a spare battery and charger are provided with each camera) with the memory cards holding about 6 hours each.


The cameras need to be returned on the next working day after your event in the packaging you received them in, using the pre-paid returns label. This will be via Royal Mail - further details will be sent nearer the date of your event.


Your finished video will be with you within 6 weeks.


Yes! Although we're sure you will be pleased with your finished video, if you would like any amendments just let us know (please note that we can only amend the video once).


Yes absolutely! You will be sent with an Information Form after booking to complete which asks what music you would like on your video.


If you cancel 4 weeks before your wedding you will receive a 100% refund, after this date you will not be eligible for a refund.
